At Carrolls Irish Gifts USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic Irish goods. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our US-based distribution center and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
